Shipping & Handling

There is a $9 flat rate shipping charge on all domestic orders. Please note that heavy items will incur an additional handling fee based on the weight and size of the item being shipped to your destination. We are in the process of including this special handling fee to each item considered overweight, and therefore, should you order an item that requires an additional shipping fee, you will be contacted regarding this extra charge before we process your order completely. Orders usually arrive in 7-10 business days (for in-stock items only). You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska & U.S. Territories will incur an additional $5 surcharge and you can expect orders to arrive within 7-10 business days.

Orders being shipped to Canada will incur a $10 surcharge and you can expect orders to arrive within 10-14 business days.

Orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses will incur a $10 surcharge regardless of where the base is located and you can expect orders to arrive within 21 business days via USPS. 

Shipments outside of the United States may be subjected to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Orders shipped internationally will incur a $35 surcharge. Not all countries are eligible to receive shipments via our online store.

International Orders

ShopSanDiegoHarley.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

Returns

We will gladly exchange any items for you!  Just send the product back to us in new condition within 30 days of purchase to:
